Though he was not someone who lived far out into the countryside, let alone in the wilds of Alola, Otto was plenty happy to help people wherever they could. It got their mind off of the haunts of their past. From the leers of people thinking he committed past crimes practically seared to his skin to the mysterious attraction of more "supernatural" pokemon taking a liking to them, they needed a disctraction. There seemed to be a problem with local Mightyena in the area and Rhino was getting durantsy at home, so it was a win-win situation: he got to do some good and his Lycanroc can let off some steam.

Otto tossed the ball to free his former beloved friend's pokemon, the beast eager to expel his energy. Though it was not intentional, the Decidueye fanagled his way free as Otto's items clunked against the button of freedom. IT gave the enby a start, triggering Rhino's aggression in his direction. The great ghostly bird tilted its head as it observed the situation. He then pretended to scratch his chin in thought in a comical way. Shion was strange, but then again, so was the real Shion. Otto sighs; as much as he was growing on the hooded hooter, it still stung to see what behaviors he shared with--

"Eh? Rhino, what is it?" They were cut off from their thoughts with a guttural growl, the Lycanroc's eyes locked onto something in the distance. What was it? Were the Mightyena out already?! Their surroundings was creeping with evening fogs and the new moon was of little help illuminating the shadows. No wonder prey pokemon were freaked out; the canines could hop from any angle and they would be none the wiser until it was too late. The man trusted Rhino's instincts and kept a pokeball at the ready. Still, if it were w person, it wouldn't hurt to offer a chance to come out before he got a throatful of gnashing fangs. "If you're human, I suggest you come out. It's been one hell of a trip through here."
